Welcome to Adventures to the Edge by Swiss Mountain Guide

I know the summer is not over, the fall has not started yet and i want to talk about the upcoming winter. Yes it is time to plan for the winter and spring ski season. We have this year ski tours plan around the world like the haute route from Chamonix to Zermatt, in March and April. The Berner Oberland ski traverse in April-May. Skiing in Norway, the May tour in Alta, Finmark is full but we are adding a ski tour in April out of Tromso. And again we will offer ski touring in Japan as of last season. The full program will be availalble very soon. In January after the British ski guide training course I will be in Canada for a while then back in Colorado and will plan some training and peak ascent for all backcountry enthusiasts.

In the mean time i invite you to check the details of each tour we offer. Browse the website and contact me with any questions, request, plan for you next adventure. Tomorrow i will be meeting Don in Zermatt and for the next 10 days we will be climbing the Dri-hornli, the Weissmeiss, the Porjengrat, the Matterhorn and Mont Blanc.

See you soon. Jean
