Tour description:
Ascent of Mont blanc 4,810 meters. Highest peak of western Europe. The Mont Blanc traverse is not very difficult technically but
require a very good physical condition, knowledge of alpine techniques and good acclimatization.
This four days tour will give time to learn and review techniques necessary to climb the Mont Blanc and acclimatize at high altitude. A
good option is to ad one day to give you more time to prepare or to spend another night on the way down and make the tour much
easier. Mont blanc is a busy mountain during the summer and early reservation is necessary.

ITINERARY:

Day 1:
Mid-morning meeting in Chamonix, review gear, condition. Technical session at les Gaillands. Knots, belaying, movement skills.

Day 2: Lift ride to Aiguille du midi and Punta Helbronner. Ascent of Aiguille de Toule, 3,534 meters. Practice and review techniques
such as: rope management, glacier travel,  crevasse rescue,

Day 3: Ascent of Aiguille d’Entreves 3,600 m. Traverse to Cosmiques hut

Day 4: Ascent and traverse of Mt Blanc via Mt Blanc du Tacul, Mt Maudit, Mt Blanc, descent via Gouter hut.

Price:  group of two: 1,830 Swiss Francs per person ( 4 days tour)
