skills, rope management, physical fitness, stamina.

Proper training is key to success. This fall
Monica and Kicker came to Colorado to
train for MT Cook. After 12 years of climbing
together as a team Monica can attest of the
benefit of training as she finished the 7
summits last year and she is planning many
more climbs.
When we met 12 years ago she had never
climb before and Now she has climb two
eight thousand meters peak, and the highest
peak of each continent.
